sculpture

the sculpture above, is a collection of materials from the street, also the base is a fired clay pot. re-used fromits original purpose. For me the sculpture is a man or bouncer with a ponytail.

the clay object on the left and below, is an for me intresting object it looks alien but also domestic because of the grips, and i want to make this piece interact with the rest with the sculpture and the interaction happens by its weight pushing on the cardboard structure and with the orange roopes connecting it to an other box. also this drawing is somehow playing with it. below me you can also see an image drawn on the cardboard which is an (baarmoeder) uterus.

sculpture about movement, their is tension between this floating building and the two alien sculptures, also a used pot of car paint. (zwarte lakverf)

This is base on the 24 houre in one spot assignment, I did not do a journey of 24 hours I did make it around the USA.
Ursem, Schermerhorn, Avenhorn. and documented the experience. However I could do some more research, I did find some intresting details in the surroundings. Mostly the emptiness of the dutch landscape and the big blue sky.
also it is very funny that it is called the around the USA, I could maybe try to make more of an connection between the two. So I would call this project still ongoing.

the tree assignement

what you see are tryouts of the combination of these objects.This lonely figure doing not much but sit and lie down it is not a very charismatic pink man. but he does play with material.I am intrested in the aesthetic and the recycled function of the objects.
